Va-Parkour -- Timeless
« on: January 30, 2006, 08:21:19 AM »
We went out to film with one purpose, to make a parkour video. Hopefully this could get a nice simple message across about what parkour is to people who havent ever heard of it. So here it is, Va-Parkour's latest, Timeless.

haha, nice ending. this kinda reminds me of DeathsShadow's thread about european parkour videos being different than american videos. but i can't tell what it is.

As usual relaly well done and still looking like you're having fun the whole time, can't have a vid with the merry men and not have a little fun though can we? Love the song too.

Great video guys.  I like how this one is not overedited.  I can really see the action.  All your fluidity really shows in this one.  You guys maintain great speed, especially through monkey vaults.

peace

Hahah I loved making this video!!! Hanging out all day with the merry men makes my pants wet.

But the ending... oh mannnn.... *lies on the floor some more*  ;)

Haha. yeah when i started editing the actual run i tried to do some transitions... but nothing looked better than just rapid scene changes with no editing whatsoever! it felt sooo good to not have to worry about that part.

Frosti, that wall run is in bethesda, next time you come out ill take you there for sure.

Thanks brian for hosting! i emailed M2 about hosting as well, but hes out all week so im not sure if he can get to it.

Great video! The transition from scene to scene was smooth and it all fit well together. The quality was excellent, which made it so much easier to see what was goin on. At 1:41, where was that place? It seems extraordinarily familiar. At any rate it was a job well done!(The ending was pretty cool to  :P)
BTW: Skipper what program did you use to edit that vid?
