Its already been said, but your technique is excellent.
Good rolls and good climbups!
Fronts can still pop up a bit more, and open earlier, but still really good.
Keep it up man!

Hey sat, looks good, only thing i'd say is your back problems may be due to some poor mechanics :), not bad, just poor haha.  You tend to hyperextend your back, and arch when you impact, or right before you throw your flips.  I noticed it especially in your "losers" and you cats.  Your drops also show some of that back arching.  The best thing you could do is stabilize your spine when you land.  work out your core, and focus on contracting your abs when you land, or jump.  :), also, the impact on your landings seem a little heavy like some other people said, mainly again on the huge cats.  The monkey later in the vid was clean though, very impressed.

No I didn't have any prior training to starting parkour.

just some of the fronts that you didn't roll on some seemed like you used your hands maybe a little more than you should, like you had a lot of forward rotational momentum and needed to stop it, its not something bad perse, just something to watch.

I do agree, I just didn't say so earlier, but yes that is the one thing I did notice. I was having the same problem so now I have just about got it down, to either land then roll or just land with no help from the hands ;D

hahah, YOGA FIREEEEEE!!!

I would say that counts as prior training, yoga teaches you to be aware of how your body works, and  to controll how it moves. Plus flexibiliy really helps in parkour.

First of all that depends on the type of yoga you're doing, how actually into it you are etc...  I did it because I was forced to although I realize now that it would have helped a lot more if I had taken it seriously.

Yeah, you told us about that. *Shiver*

Whether you believe you can do it or you believe you can't; you're right.

Ya I am kind of in the same predicament Sat, my moms like "You have to do it with me, it's not just for girls, plus sweety are two other guys out of 25 women in the class" so IDK.  And I know yoga would help me so much cause I cannot seem to get flexible, so I gave up, it truly sucks.

not only does yoga help flexability and more concentration on good even breathes, but name one thing that is wrong with 25 girls bending over and flexing things that normally you have to pay to see, all in one class

all of that interest in the girls will go away as soon as you hear them ripping loose with the flatulations, which is nearly inevitable at some point if they are doing yoga.. lol
