Eating at night
« on: October 22, 2007, 08:11:11 PM »
Hi,

Does it really matter if you eat within several hours before going to sleep? I mean, does it affect your metabolism or bodyfat?

I like to workout/run at 7 pm and then eat meat (chicken, turkey) after exercise. I go to sleep at 11-12.
Is this bad?

Thanks!

That is plenty of time between eating and going to sleep. The major thing to avoid is a high-carb meal before bed (usually within 4 hours)
