well, after a few... sigh... years, i finally got enough motivation to start running again.  today i managed about 3.5 or 4 minutes before i had to stop because my heart was about to leap out of my chest and i thought i was gonna puke. my heart has problems (i grew up going to the cardinlogist as a kid) and i'm on night shift, which is messing with my body, but i can't blame it all on that, i know.  knowing cardio is my weakness means i should be more diligent-and of course safe-in training to compensate.

i know it was more that a quarter mile, but definitely not half.

so, let's just say .25 mile.

by the end of this, maybe i'll be able to run 2 miles straight.
