oh, i'm working on it!  yesterday was my rest day, but just you wait!  like with pull ups, i'm using this thread as motivation to improve myself in an area where know i'm weak.  you guys are inspiring.

chipset you run so much everyday which is pretty hardcore, me and my friend just run i do for being in shape, and parkour, and a challenge, and so we decided the day after halloween when we didnt have school to run there and back. Next step is 20 miles and then maybe someday we will try a marathon. That sounds daunting. Also i have a bet with a friend that i can run 20 miles and if i do it i get 10 dollars and my dinner somewhere nice of course paid for.
