Ok so following suit of the 10,000 pull ups thread lets run 1,000 miles...

It can be sprints long distance etc. :)

oh and start more of these threads they are amazingly awesome motivators

so push ups would be nice too

Oh and the way I establish miles is with a little step tracker, but I think like the equivilent would be 6 min running, 12 suicides, or just set a goal of running and do it that way.

Morning: 1.5mi warmup, 2mi speed work (900-1000m sections), 1mi cooldown = 4.5 miles
Evening (yeah, a great way to spend friday afternoon): 6mi cross

+10.5 miles

=22.5 miles
