I dont know what it is but i cant do squats, when i do them, its not that my muscles hurt its my knees it hurts under the shin, and it hurts bad, ive tried notgoing below 90 degrees, but after a while that begins to hurt as well too. Give advice please.

Yes, you are doing bad squats. You need to sit your hips back and between your legs, keeping your knees behind the line of your toes. Check out this video:

also make sure your picking your head up and driving upward. Down slow, up quick is what you should be thinking when squating.
