Parkour and weight lifting....

I have been going to a gym for a while and I had noticed that after my workout I do not really have strength to do parkour. And after I do parkour my lifts significantly decrease. I usually do my legGoToMeeting IrfanView  Town of Salem routine 3 times a week. Should I go to the gym like 2 times a week and leave 1 day for parkour or maybe decrease the load and do both activities the same day? (Sorry for bad english.)
