Hey, I'll just respond here to all your posts...Welcome to APK and the parkour scene in general! It's always good to see new Michigan people. As far as abbreviations go; TC=Traverse City, PH=Port Huron, GR=Grand Rapids, MI=Michigan, DC=Washington DC, NYC=New York City. Try http://maps.google.com/ to see where those are. I think there are a couple people near your area, check the "introductions" thread to find out. http://www.americanparkour.com/smf/index.php?topic=22.0

Your video and pics were fun. Keep working on those moves though, some look a little shakey. But your just getting started so that's fine. BTW, it's going to be said so it might as well be me; flips aren't actually parkour. Many of us just combine tricking with PK because we enjoy both. For a better understanding of what parkour is and how people use it check:

and here: http://www.americanparkour.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=60

There are also some threads that cover and debate the issue. I hope you enjoy your stay here, feel free to ask if you have any questions, and I'll probably be seeing you at a MI jam in the future if you stick with it. Peace.

For a wall flip jump higher. If you are planning to do it on the ground tuck your head in more or you can seriously hurt it. One of my friend already did.
