Looking for more traceurs/freerunners in Virginia Beach, or anywhere in Hampton Roads.

I'm in Norfolk. I'm just getting started so I would like to find a gym first (or break my neck). Sparta's no longer Parkour-friendly. Any ideas??? Once I get better, I'd love to get into a crew...

I live in VA Beach, but I work 15 hour days in Newport News, so there won't be many good times for me to go to jams.

The VA Beach/Norfolk scene has actually been attracting more activity lately:

seems there are now weekly outdoor meets and weekly gym meets for those under the age of 21.

I'm also in the beach. I'm not very good, can't really find/convince anyone to to it with. so none of you locals know of any local gyms friendly/supporting to freerunners?
