Tips For My Backflip?

I have been practicing for a while, but i always land crouched? any tips? is it my set? or are my legs just to weak? Thanks!  ;D

Tips for your backflip. You have to make your abdomen stronger. You guys always think it is the power from the legs that make a back flip successful. it is not. It is the abdomen. So make some abdominal work out because it will really help you. Not bad though.
