Standard Movements?
« on: October 27, 2015, 10:33:45 PM »
Im setting up a database of common used parkour moves and techniques people can use while practicing parkour. I am also trying to set up a skill level set to them as well as in parkour as a whole.

Can anyone help me provide information on that?

Uhmm... Something Like that maybe:
Essentials:
Landing, roll, dive roll, precision jump, tic tac and cat grab
Beginner:
Safety, two hand, lazy, thief and speed vaults
Intermediate:
Kong, dash, reverse vaults, tic tac to a vault and drop precisions
Advanced:
Kash, double kong, vault to cat grab, vault to (drop) precision, dive kongs (not sure if I should write them separately from kongs, though)

That's what I can think of.
No fear, no pain
Nobody left to blame

My faith has grown
No fear of the unknown
