Sorry. More roll tips needed. For the EXTREMELY bony person.


First of all. To clear this up, I am extremely bony and skinny. So this lack of meat and muscle means less padding and cushion for my roll. Any tips for this issue besides tucking more? I'm working on that currently.


One of the only things I would suggest is to have more back muscle. Pull ups are a great exercise for building back strength, and are very useful for Parkour.
You could also wear a sweatshirt.
It's a little hard to suggest what you should do (technique wise) without looking at a video.
