Hey! I'm 14 and around 6'4, I am 300 pounds (I was stupid and got addicted to comuters)
I have always wanted to do Free running/PK but never could get into it, I plan on doing this for fun and losing weight :)
Yeah I'm 100 pounds over weight BUT I can move just as easy as my brother who is only around 30 pounds overweight or so, so yeah xD

Just want tips and similar :)

Man today, well I usually do 150 squats a day (leg workout and so on), but today I got so tired from running around (to get use to it again, I haven't ran a lot for years), and trying PK rolls that I couldn't even do 1 squat without almost falling over :o, hey at least I still can run at a kinda good speed, but the time I can run for = so low :P
