How can you hate on the Ezekiel 4:9 Home Made bread I's such a great substitute for either white or wheat...and it takes 45000 calories for me to make it. Ha ha ha.  Grinding grain by hand is like eating sunflower of sunflowers...and using a box of matches to roast them.

I agree with Steven though.

I heard a idea a few days ago and I thought "Now why didnt I think of that?"

Substitute bred with Nori, the seaweed wrap used for sushi. On its own it's actualy pretty tasty. So I can't see why instead of a tortilla use a Nori wrap instead
