Bullet Proof diet is actually amazing!

The "Bulletproof" diet is awesome, you basically consume healthy fats as a clean energy source and don't eat grains.
This Christmas I'm going to try to follow the bulletproof diet and see how it goes. My goal is to do this for around 90-100 days(how long it usually takes to adjust to no grains and reduced intake of carbohydrates). If I can't do this by Christmas then I will at least try to do the butter coffee and no grains.

Tell me what you guys think! This so far has been one of the best diets I have researched. I went to a presentation about this and basically wrote the entire thing down, so ask questions for me also.

I don't have time to thoroughly look through this right now, but the main thing that bugs me is it sounds gimmicky as all hell. They claim you don't need to count calories which is misleading, bordering on a straight up lie.

That's not reflective of the diet itself, just some of the things they say are annoying in that respect.

I'll try to give you more feedback when I can actually read through their stuff, but at a complete first glance it seems pretty sound. No reason not to give it a shot.
