How do I safely practice flat ground flips?
« on: January 13, 2015, 03:15:00 AM »
I have been practicing front flips on trampolines and I was wondering how to move it to flat ground safely. I just really want to be able to land them on flat ground I have a solid tuck and can land it on trampolines MOST of the time. But I don't have a trampoline at my house. I go to a trampoline park.
