Sorry to hear things aren't going great. Push through, dude. I've been through a few injuries that took me out for long periods of time. I only just trained for the first time in 3 weeks after damaging the internal rotator of my hip badly. I know how much it sucks, but give your injury time to heal and do what you can in the mean time. Work on your pull ups and dips, handstands, l sits, and whatever else. Especially during the long cold winter. If you take care of your body you'll always improve, even if you have ups and downs.
