Need help with frontflipping!
« on: August 09, 2014, 12:47:20 PM »
I need help! Whenever I flip, I always over rotate OR I end up not opening in time. Tips? Link to the video is below just to make it easier to see where I'm going wrong.

Kind of a late reply, but try to push your momentum more up instead of throwing yourself forward. The forward momentum plus lack of height are making it hard for you to land straight on your feet. When you go focus on jumping straight up into the flip.
