Backflip advice
« on: July 22, 2014, 01:18:22 AM »
In the last weeks i have been able to land my backflip on grass! It is still not the most technically correct backflip of all times, but it's something. I would like to ask for some advice to improve my backflip. I have added three videos of my backflip (june and july) below.

My thoughts on further improvement are that i have to jump upwards more instead of backwards. What is your advice?

(edit: added another video)

It's pretty good overall! nice work! But if I had to critique, I would say focus on jumping higher up and fully extending every part of your body upwards before tucking. Your backflip seems robotic, and you tuck very quickly after you jump. Pause for a bit in the air in order to get higher up. Also, focus on not going back as much. But other than that, great work!
hope this helped!
