Sure, but they'll destroy their bodies in a few years with that kind of intensity plus landings with locked knees. Besides, if they're doing all this training in a gymnasium, where are they learning real-time physics applications to parkour? One thing to have fun, but in all earnesty I'm not impressed. I wasn't impressed by all the tricks, most were just too unrealistically possible because they were done on trampolines. I always look for discipline in the basics, which they demonstrated little of, I had seen one or two effectively applicable roll landings. Almost everything else they seemed to be going for as many rotations as possible, or landing on their backs; I doubt they would be doing these things on cement.

Of course maybe I'm just bitter because I like practical.
So long as I have parkour I'm okay.
