Iron consecutive push-ups

Bitter temperatures today, a complete turn-around and back to regular December temperatures. I put out four miles this morning, two at 0430, and another two at 0800. I'm tired because I only got five and one-half hours of sleep. In spite of this I'm pumping out push-ups, ten at a time. I haven't found my favourite pair of winter gloves so doing anything in these temperatures would be reckless.

This is why I say "don't hate, compensate."
So long as I have parkour I'm okay.

Copper Consecutive push-ups.

Crummy weather again, but I'll be doing sit-ups and push-ups. I picked up some free-lance work moving office furniture, it'll give me a chance to use my guns. P-schew! P-schew!

That's pretty much all I'm doing today, I've got four miles coming on later today/tonight, but I picked up some free-lance labour moving office furniture, so that'll be the work-out of my day.

So I pretty much moved office furniture for roughly three hours. That makes 60 dollars, and an upper-body work-out.

EDIT: Really early in the morning but I can now do pistols on my right leg, and I'm almost there with my left leg. How much I can do isn't certain due to fatigue, but on a good day I'll figure that out.

Tin consecutive pull-ups

So I'm going to start splitting my work-outs into alternating days.

Today I ran my usual mile, did 20 ghost-ups in one set! I also reach 10 consecutive pull-ups, yay, I did twenty of these as well. I'm going to incorporate 10 chin-ups until I reach a set of at least 7 with consistency, because I have done six, but can only do that on a stretch.

Every other day I will be doing one-hundred push-ups and sit-ups. I will also do 50 lay-out dips. If weather or stamina permitting I will run on these days as well.

Everyday I will be doing, or attempting to do pistols, so as to not only complete my challenge but increase my maximum jump efficiency.

Silver consecutive push-ups

Ran my usual mile (10 minutes-ish), not done today/tonight, but I'm at 60 push-ups and 40 sit-ups as of right now. I haven't done my lay-out dips yet but after a set of 20 push-ups and sit-ups I'll do three sets of 10 lay-out dips.

EDIT: Finished my dips and push-ups, kind of procrastinating with the sit-ups.

Yeah, dips, but you lay down rather than use parallel bars, by propping your feet up on something waist height. It's a substitute since I haven't found a nearby location with parallel bars.

Yeah, I like my system too, it gives me something to shoot for, some of those diamond consecutive goals are insane. About to do my last twenty sit-ups.

I took a break cause I had a date, didn't wanna make my first impression as an athletic, so-nervous-he's-sweating, shabby dressed, ambitionless, loser... Just wanna come off as an athletic, nervous, shabby dressed, ambitionless, loser. This gal will be lucky if she takes a second date, because I deliberately come off as a loser to seperate the shallow from the realists.

Tin Days Trained

Got my mile, ghost-ups, pull-ups, and chin-ups out of the way. Gonna attempt to post my stats at the top of every page for referrence. Also added Some parkour challenge medals, some are easier than others.

EDIT: 5 pistols on my left leg, did my last set of 8 for my right leg.

Gold Consecutive push-ups

Did four miles today, but traded off for only 40 sit-ups and 60 push-ups. A rather lazy day I was exhausted to begin with getting up at 4AM. First snowfall of the Winter here.

I wanted this for yesterday, but I forgot to post... Oh well.

Bronze Consecutive days trained

Did my 20 pull-ups/ghost-ups yesterday night, and did my chin-ups.

8 consecutive chin-ups, and 11 consecutive pull-ups now. Soon enough I'll need to increase my chin-ups to 20. Not my pull-ups though, because I can feel strain in the last two of the 20, and it's a blunt pain, uncomfortable, but not painful.

Iron consecutive pull-ups

Did 9 miles today! Whew... in all seriousness had an awesome session yesterday, popped a monkey vault onto a 3/4" railing a few times, which got me really excited. Did some thief vaults and cat-to-climb ups. Also experimented with laches and got an explosive launch when I whipped my knees to my chest.

I did my 100 push-ups, sit-ups, and 50 lay-out dips yesterday. Today I did my 20 pull-ups and ghost-ups, and 10 chin-ups.

Did 12 consecutive pull-ups, not sure if it was a fluke, that or my arms are exploding because I also did 10 chin-ups with little effort. Dropped an inch of body-fat off my gut, sit-ups and ghost-ups are paying off.

tin consecutive pistols

So, my cat ain't doing well, and I decided to dedicate Mondays as recovery days, due to the extremity of work and work-outs. I walked 2 miles, and tried my hand at pistols, (since my legs are sexy anyways.) :P

Tin consecutive sit-ups

I literally walked two miles today, in driving, sloppy, nasty snow. It was a nice refresher, but at 4AM I kind of regret my decision to hike to work. When I got to work I ended up walking a mile around the damn place, why did I ever choose logistics as a job? I litterally did 1 sit-ups today, to just get one medal. Trying to clear the bottom medals out, saving up for the big ones later.

Iron consecutive pistols

Another slow day, lacking energy for whatever reason. Did a bare amount of two pistols on both legs, building up for that eight so I can complete my challenge and post a new one.

Iron Consecutive Sit-ups

Back into the swing of things, 100/100/50. Didn't do a mile because of the sloppy snow outside, I'd be soaked to the bone. Added some A-cheese-ments, just some one-time awards for some milestones.

Today's workout consisted of moving 700 lbs. office desks.

Session was a few monkey vaults, speed vaults, and thief vaults.

Trying to make as much cash by Christmas... That said got a free-lance job for demolition. This apartment complex apparently started off as just a roofing job, but my buddy's home repair company got called because the property owner was told by an inspector that the building needed new insulation. This meant all the insulation in the attic had to be removed, and what was behind the walls. Spent four hours removing attic insulation, and now we're tearing all the dry-wall off because the building tested positive for mold in 90% of the rooms. We cleaned up all the attic insulation but we still have ALOT of drywall to remove. If you don't know, dry-wall is heavy, to add to this it was wet because it rained/snowed two days ago, so it was SOAKED. I must have moved a full ton on my own in weight. I'm sore, and tomorrow I'm going to be moving more dry-wall! Work-out of the day I say!
