So, from male and female traceurs, when you train, do you tie your long hair back?

I would like to but my hair is at that one point where you can sorta-not-really tie your hair back xD

And when it gets long enough so I could tie it my parents make me get a haircut.....

i occasionally have an afro so yes i do wear ponytails though not to often

Ditto, my friend tell me I get worse everytime I get a hair cut. He says it's the fro that gives me strength xD
