I live Maui. I know Shapeshifter on Oahu tried PK, but don't know if he's still with it. He was posting at parkour.net. I did a search, but don't find anyone else on .net or worldwidejam. A couple guys on Oahu post at urbanfreeflow.com - mostly Scofield Barracks + Mililani area.

You may have to learn from articles, tutorials and videos. These are some of the ones I found most helpful. Getting Started, APK warmup, Construct workout, APK Landing, APK Roll, Team Ukemi Roll video, Eliminate roll bruises, Jump Westminster video.
