Go for a run.
Yoga.
Lift weights.
Get a big tire and sledge hammer and beat the hell out of it.
Buy an air cooled VW.

Just a quick few things that popped in my head

Meditate. Empty your mind. There is a reason why you are stressed. Find the problem and establish an answer. Find someone else to talk this through.

Write down everything that makes you happy. Look at old photos or watch old videos of something you did that was awesome. Call up an old friend and ask how they are doing.

Sleep. Don't drink any caffeine or take other stimulants for the time being.

Build something. Go volunteer.

Well I talked with my dad about why I got fired and he seemed to understand and not be mad and I'm actually pretty glad because my mom would have cussed her ass off at me

You should probably never mention the words "boy scout camp" and "masturbation" in the same sentence.

When I'm stressed I buy a king sized Payday and get my nom on. If that doesnt work buy more than one. Payday bars are the best stress reliever in my humble opinion.
