Parsippany/Morris County training locations?
« on: May 20, 2012, 01:13:32 PM »
Anyone got any? Used to drive into the city with some buddies to run, but they have gone their separate ways and I am not much for driving into the city.

Also interested in any gyms that support or allow for our type of training. I have a fear of trying flips without padded surfaces but have NEVER had access to any.

For anyone who stumbles upon this thread, found an answer (going to go try the place out tomorrow on Open Mat night).

Click on Parkour/Free Running on the side. I'll post up tomorrow my thoughts if I do get over there.

Hey
I am located in Whippany. I tend to go in to the city and train once or twice a week via train.  You should come join sometime. Cpontrel@syr.edu
