Okay Superman, I believe you, but as far as the well-being of other's physical health is concerned your challenge is rejected.

To undeclared winner, perform a kong vault on the following in this specific order: the Ground, a curb, a bench, an object at least 3.5 feet in height. Afterwards exercise cardio for 10 min. performing a quadrepedal run for 10 seconds for each minute, when not performing a quadrepedal run you must be moving at a jogging pace.

Anything but tricking.

Rejected again, I don't give balls soup if you're Aquaman, Brolly, Bolo Yeung, or Wonder Woman, your challenges are ridiculous and potentially harmful. Come back when you think of something reasonably human, until then don't bother posting.

No, 50s of running + 10s of quadrepedal running for 1m each, sorry I didn't clarify.

Anything but tricking.

100 rolls in 30min? Trying different types of rolls, by changing stances or going onto a different shoulder, differing between gymnastics, and PK roll style, and Inside and Outside of ball. Sound reasonable?
It's definitely more reasonable, a roll every 18 seconds is quite feasible. Challenge is acceptable.
So long as I have parkour I'm okay.

Do 10 double kongs in two different spots (10 apiece). Work with making them more solid and flexible. (lol, Quite contradicting wording? :P)

Anything but buildering, and construct. And I'm not good at tricking, if you challenge something there, it'll be a while before you see me :P

So I did not work on that challenge today as I got distracted by the internet, it is pissing out rain right now, I am/was feeling depressed for a while there, and I have been awake since about 3am, after getting 3/4h sleep.
It is definitely not safe for me to train outside by myself right now. In parkour one must know their limitations, just a couple of these things I could deal with, but no that's too much at once. And I am still healing from an injury on my right leg from a couple of weeks back. But I have your challenge written down so I can do it tomorrow or on Sunday.
3 or 4 hours of sleep? Boo-hoo, I work two jobs, and a conveient injury, bad weather, and you got distracted? My, I wonder how you would manage if you had chores to do.
So long as I have parkour I'm okay.

Challenge rejected, though I will commend your ability to actually recognize what's unrealistic.

Whoa.
Challenge checking in:  3/5 double kongs recorded and done.

My challenge is not being recorded on the first initial post.  Fix that.  Unless there is a reason why not..?

Wow, I do not understand what I did to deserve that...but that is a little rude.
I think that this is why PK community is in the state it is in right now, because people like you talk like this to others, show a little compassion and understanding to your fellow man.

And you know what? I am not even going to try to do your challenge anymore, especially if you are going to talk like that. Because if I were to have gone outside to train in the state I was in earlier there is a very good chance I would have slipped, fell, and injured myself, and yet you condone that, and not the other challenges?

Okay, I feel that I have now learned what I need to know about you. Please refrain from speaking to me until you have learned to let go of your ego and show a little respect to your fellow traceurs. Do not try PM'ing me with an angered or aggressive response or I will report it for harassment.

If you have a problem with this post report it to a moderator or admin, because I will not engage in an argument with you, and I am going to ignore any future posts you make unless it actively contributes to another thread.

Good day sir.

from personal experience with Ryan via these forums, I believe I can safely assure you that he was joking. He was just joshin' you or busting you balls if you will. I am almost 100% sure that he wasn't serious or trying to attack you. I could be wrong, but I doubt it.

Ryan is just a joker most of the time. I wouldn't sweat it.
