do 5 muscle ups or 50 chin ups in 30 mins. this is an awesome thread!
Did the 50 Chin-ups, rather easy as they were not pull-ups.

To Anthony Hadouken, Perform a handspring 360* onto a platform at least six inches higher than the point you planted your hands.

Original post now tracks everybody's challenges, sorry to those whom were cut but I did my best to string the challenges appropriately.

I will accept a challenge from anything but Tricking.

The challenge stands as is. It's within my capabilities and it wasn't excluded by your mentioned limitations, which you failed to post which allows me to assume you're willing to accept any challenge. Learn the trick, that's the point.
So long as I have parkour I'm okay.

@ Vetter,
Correct tracking information if you are able.

20 assisted handstand presses.

I used the wall, I advise you to do the same.

btw, great idea, Ryan.

Fitness       Parkour     Spotting/Sighting       Construct                    ...although I am not sure what you construct in 30minutes. I am going to be making a vault box

was directed at Michael b87 but was accepted by Mack Hartley.

Later I was challenged to

I want in!
Ill do one for Shamas, because michael b87 has a hernia =(

Do a tic tac over a fence...

OR

Do a 11 - 12 foot wall climb. Make sure to scream like an ape if you do so =D

To which I tic tac'd a fence and completed the challenge. I want to do both, so I will also be doing the wall challenge as I scream like a Chimpanzee! haha

Challenge: Do any vault into a cat on a wall 1 foot higher then what you vaulted. I did a Kong vault for this, I recommend you do the same.

Noted, but I can't and won't change it, the order given was the most lgical and reasonable I could make-out, due to the fact there was a series of post with-out challenges. Had those intitial challenges been placed by non-mentioned posters, the order wouldn't be as is.
So long as I have parkour I'm okay.

I keep track of them in the first post, so don't worry about it. As far as adding the number of challenges, I add the following to my signature.

Code: [Select]
X challenges completed

Do all three things in 30 minutes

I refuse to condone these exercises, they're heavily dangerous, and can cause hemaroids or serious muscle damage, especially if it's all done in 30 minutes. Reduce the amount or change the challenge.
