This is an Awesome Idea, Ryan. Really motivational. Mad I can't take part cause of injury.

However, This is something I did today
-Stand on and walk Balls of feet for 30 minutes (Calves on Fire)
David Belle once robbed a bank and left all the money on the Roof. He just wanted to prove that he could overcome any "Vault"..

So you cannot participate, Jason? o.O

I cannot participate in construct (for I don't know how to do so :/ granted I really want to! :O), tricking (for I have nothing in there yet :P), and buildering.

My table of things I will be able to do.

  • Graffiti
  • Eating
  • Parkour
  • Spotting/Sighting

My question is; Can we film the challenge being done for proof and all that jazz. (Or pictures)

Absolutely, if you feel film is neccessary to facilitate the evidence people desire, so they don't call you a liar, then yes. I know it's awesome, I tried finding something similar but there was nothing, so it starts here. I'd also like people to count the number of challenges they completed, I'm including it in my sig and placing the HTML in it as well.

This post is an exception to the no posting until you complete your previous challenge, as it pertains to a question.

I just did the walk on balls of feet for 30 minutes. Climb three different buildings in 5 minutes, you must go back to the ground before going to the next buildings. Actually hard where I live as most buildings are far apart. I'm fairly new, so no freerunning or tricking for me

20 assisted handstand presses.

I used the wall, I advise you to do the same.

btw, great idea, Ryan.

I want in!
Ill do one for Shamas, because michael b87 has a hernia =(

Do a tic tac over a fence...

OR

Do a 11 - 12 foot wall climb. Make sure to scream like an ape if you do so =D

ill do Parkour and fitness and buildering (i think thats just climbing buildings right? if it is then that is my favorite choice!)
Im new so i have no idea what spotting/sighting is =)
Day: I can see what i'm doing
Night: Others cant see what i'm doing

Rule exempt: Spotting/Sighting is the act of actively looking for a new potential place to train, and taking photos of it, limitations to this can be set, such as "no playgrounds," or "no fences."
So long as I have parkour I'm okay.

This is awesome!!

Ryan, would you mind making the top thread a tracker thread - (example below)

Also, I'd like to propose an amended rule: There can be no more challenges posted until the previous one has been completed - IE Ryan has to do Michaels challenge before anyone can post a challenge for Michael. - what do you think?

Tracker (updated in first post)

2/17/2012 Ryan Anthony Vetter posted the idea
2/17/2012 Michael b87 challenged Ryan to do 5 muscle-ups or 50 chinups in 30 minutes

I'd love to, but with my new second job I won't be able to do the challenge until Monday, basically the only method left for amending that rule would state, "No new challenges can be posted for >Blank< until his/her previous challenge is posted."

I tic tac'd, the fence but I plan to do an 11+ wall screaming like a chimpanzee. So, I look forward to that. (I make accurate and loud animal noise-hopefully I remember to record it)

so i did 5 muscle ups in under 30 mins, climbed three different buildings in under 5 mins, walked on the balls of my feet all the way to the school by my house, prolly a little over 30 mins( my calfs hate me now) and im about to do the handstand presses, so i challenge 20 180 lacheys but spin the opposite way every other one, this is fun!!
