I don´t know how you look like but I would say:
Train more, make muscles, run everyday for a couple of miles.
That´s what I do. Hope you can use some of my tips  :)

19% isn't really all that low.  At my lowest, I was around 5.9%.  I felt like crap there, and was super weak.  Keep at your work, focus on building muscle, and don't stress too much about it for now.

This is about 19% body fat.

You most likely aren't going to see ab definition until you hit 12%.
Don't know why I added that but, just thought it would be helpful.  :P

(Do you see where I'm going with this?)

You need to lose more weight.

Keep up the good work.  If you made that kind of progress, its just a matter of time if you stick to it.

I naturally have a powerful stomach, so through working out daily and eating well, I am 5'10" and weigh 125. People say I weigh a lot less than I should, but I am rather muscular for my weight and size. That may be your natural body shape and therefore may need to look for a way to work around it, like how I need to be careful on climbs and vaults due to my body frame (one arm slightly longer.)

Good point. I don't seem to have trouble with most moves , running/sprinting comes easy to me.
Also I was wondering about High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT)  . From what i know it burns more calories than normal running.

HIIT is overrated.  It's the newest buzzword for any variety of training beyond what you can maintain, then resting a bit, and repeating.

It really depends on what you're calling HIIT.  Jogging then walking in a treadmill is /= to hill sprints.  Do hill sprints.  They're great.

What also burns calories is weight training/bodyweight strength training and decent nutrition. HIIT can be fun and has it's uses but if you're around 20%BF now you'd be better off right now getting stronger and just watching what you eat. Stick to the tried and true stuff: clean diet, strength training, the occasional set of sprints or hill running like Joe said, and plenty of mobility/flexibility work. If you ain't got a hill, find something heavy and push it or drag it.

And Ben R, 5'10" and 125 is stick thin! Guys who weigh that much, in my opinion, should look like this.

That's Yasuhiro Urushitani, a mixed martial artist in the flyweight division (the lowest weight class BTW). He is 5'5". At 5'10", I'd think you'd be better off in the performance and looks departments looking something like Georges St. Pierre.

Obviously genetics will determine what you ultimately look like with more muscle and weight, but honestly, I think you need some meat on your bones, around 40-50 pounds of it.

This, like everything else, is related to your specific goals.

Whereas Gabe pointed out where MMA competitors do well, for other sports like strongman, the weight will increase for the same height.  Being 5'11" myself, I steer towards the "lightweight" category, which for strongman is <105kg (or about #230).

Brad Cardoza is a fine example:

Distance runners are totally the opposite end of the spectrum.  There are none that I can think of that exceed #200 @ 5'10" and do well.  It's all about what YOU are looking to be.

If we're talking MMA fighters, I'd rather look like the Reem:

That said, I care less about how I look than what I can do.  Although, when I was recovering from surgery and couldn't train, I did get bummed about how I looked.  Anyway, congratulations and keep up the good work.  Every useless pound of bodyfat lost, or pound of muscle gained, makes you one pound awesomer.  Keep being awesomer.  Chicks dig awesomer.

Overpass?  If not, just go get an old tire and poke holes in it.  Make a sled, and drag that fool!
