Healthy Fruit and Egg-less Meals?
« on: January 26, 2012, 07:03:43 AM »
I have a bad allergy to fruit and eggs of all things, so I was wondering what I could use to substitute these without over consuming other products. I keep on wheat bread with milk and poultry as a daily egg substitute and vegetables and beans to replace fruit. Is this a decent system, or are there other foods I should look into? Thank you very much

You can get all the nutrients you need from a combination of heathy meats and lots of vegetables. Though eggs are helpful for protein gaining they aren't necessary to your diet, especially if you are allergic. As for fruit, it has a low nutritional content compared to the amount of sugar and therefor the amount of calories you get from it. Its basically nature's candy. You don't have to eat it.

Check out the primal blueprint its a diet that I think would help you, just avoid the eggs and the fruit.

Also fish, lots and lots of fish. (Not tuna in a can though, that doesn't count.
