Hello Everyone,
You're receiving this email because we have you on record as buying a Hydration Pack from APK. We've recently had a few reports of leaks in the bladder, and also the stitching coming loose on one bag, so we wanted to check with everyone to make sure your bags were OK. If they are not, we will be replacing them at no cost to you. When you buy a product from APK, it is APK's commitment to you that the product will be high quality.
The original bag we tested is the one that I use to carry my stuff to the indoor climbing gym 2X a week (for the last 3 months) and I personally haven't had a problem, so we felt testing was sufficient, however it obviously was not.
Please email me directly, please include your order number, the words "APK Hydration Pack", and any issues you have had with the bag, along with whether you would like a replacement.
If you purchased the pack as a gift, please forward this email to the recipient.
We apologize sincerely for any problems you have had with these hydration packs and will strive to test better in the future!
