Day one (i didnt have computer access yesterday)
Went to a sports park and a couple schools with my buddy Jimmy, we ghosted around the schools then i tried some new stuff at the park. I learned a pop vault with no hands and started learning a pop vault to hand stand. At tms i trained as much as i could with a hurt back.

Day 2
Today i went to great oak and worked alot on tic tacs, high pop vaults and muscle ups. Then did yoga workout for an hour.

You should seriously consider putting this in the training journals section as opposed to the Welcome area if you plan on updating it regularly.

Went to dc and drilled front flips, back flips and basic vaults. Also did some arm workouts

Day 7

Went to escandido to a high school which had a ton of good stuff! We pretty much did everything, i was super sore so i was a bit limited. Will be going back there alot.

Recovery day, did 30 pushups and ate a ton of protien

Did some ab ripper x and my daily pullups. Ive decided i suck at pull ups so im going to start doing 10 pullups everyday.

Went to the crc today and worked on kong to cats, cat leaps, passing, palm spins and precisions. Had some protein food after. Started editing for month 1 as well

Went to dc gymnastics and worked a ton on front flips, started to land them decently on flat. Worked a little on backflips and did basic vaults as well.
