my 365/52

so i started doing the 365/52 and i will continue till i cant anymore ! i want to get better and i will : DD but i plan to train everyday thro snow/ rain/sleet / hail/ windy/ or whatever and ill post videos to youtube and facebook of my progression and hopefully i will have ghanged in my skil of parkour and freerunning!

thanks for the positive comments!
and today i haven't been able to train with all my traveling sooo im going to do twice as many work outs and routine tomorrow to make up for today and try to do some front tucks and some wall spins and more flow soo yeah!!!

well i trained for a good 2 in a half hours today
 and i had a epic fail moment which sucked it did a monkey and my foot got caught which made my other one get caught to sooo i failed lol but other then tat i practiced king kongs and kong precisions and kong rail flip and so forth lol and yeah im really sore right now cant wait for sleep and then wake p and do it all over again woot!

ok sooo ive been practing doing handstands and front handsprings and kong vaults i also got some new parkour shoes not sure te name : P lol
but there amazing for wallruns and ct leaps
i might be going to prestonburg with some pk friends and training up there they have bigger jumps and more rails and more variety for training im also working on front tucks and back handsprings not getting to far with back handsprings yet but im getting to it ill be posting my first 366/52 progression video te 14 th soo yeah watch it and comment let me know if im doing something wrong and feel free to give advice
tommorrow im going to do more leg workout and run for about 15 mins and switch back nd fourth to runnning and jogging and walking

soo ive been working on front tucks and double kongs im getting really close to doing them just not there yet
ive been doing 100 sit ups a day
and 30 push ups in sets of 15
theres been a delay on the video : P ive been having comp and camera probelms soo ill try to get it straighened up as soon as possible
