Awwwww yeeeeeaahhh....  2012 is a year I'm planning on dedicating to tricking, freerunning, and parkour.  I really need a planner like this to keep myself in training mode.  Since this is a 365 log, I will be training everyday for the entire year.  I will not let myself down.  Anyway, let's start off with some goals. (green are completed goals, yellow is easier goals, orange are harder, and red are the hardest goals to achieve.)

Goals for 2012
-First pull up
-Standing Flashand corrected back tuck set
-20 sec freestanding handstand
-Kong vault with 7 ft exit distance
-muscle up
-consistent websters
-fixed cart fronts
-5 sec back lever
-inverted raizes
-consistent corks and fulls
-consistent hyper twist
-5 sec front lever
-dub full

Lots of goals I know.  Better start training!  ;D

Day 1:
Started it off light with some tramp work.  Just some basics flips and stuff.

Day 2:
Went to the park to work pull up negatives but it was freezing.  I still did some negatives and a few pull ups, but ended up working on my kong exit distance.

Day 3:
Biked 2 freezing miles, my hands hurt so bad.  Drilled kong exit distance as well.  I also did some tramp work and some cheat 7's.  Need to get to a gym to trick!

I live close to Madison Wisconsin.  It makes it a little tougher to train.  :(

Today I did lots of handstand work and flexibility and core training.  I also did tramp work like I do everyday.

Day 5:
Work a bunch of cheat 7s and cheat 9s, I hate 540s cause they hurt my hip.  I also did my daily tramp work.

Day 6:
Had martial arts.  I'm only adding martial arts because we did major pressing and ab endurance.  I'm doing shoulder and wrist pre-hab work so I'll be better fit for bodyweight strength training.  I've been doing arabians on the trampoline for the past couple days and it payed  off.  I haven't been doing any cart-fronts for a month.  When I did them before they were like a side flip torquing into a front flip and very hard to land, but after arabians, my problem went away.  I did some cart fronts at the martial arts school and they were awesome.  I came up turned in mid air and setted perfectfly, then I tucked for the first time on the flip.  I landed straight up and was so excited.

- fixed cart fronts goal done already, awwwwwww yeaaaaaaah!

Day 7:
Today I tried out for a martial arts team I don't want to even join, lol.  We did a lot of martial arts stuff and tricking.  I landed my first aerial, so I was so happy.

Day 8:
Did a bunch of standard and lazy vaults, trying to vault the highest object possible.  Did some and handstand work and tramp work later in the day.

Lol, yeah.  I could can do cart fulls but never took the time to be able to do an aerial.  Even though an aerial is a small trick compared to my other tricks, it was exciting for me.

Day 9:
Drilling some more kongs.  I actually feel comfortable with kongs like I never did before.  Starting to work on flow a little bit. Tomorrow I get to go to a gym!  ;D

Day 10:
Posting a day late because I got home pretty late last night.  I had an awesome session at the gym.  I was dishing out hyper cart fulls, and was finally nailing websters.  Their some  Flippin the Script scene shoots, one of which involved a standing back tuck.  I want to be in one of the shoots so I said I could do a standing back even though I couldn't and I worked out pretty well.  I ended up landed 5 out of 5 back tucks I tried.

Sleepy.  Pulled a back muscle last night and am pretty sore.  Did some light conditioning.

Back was feeling better so I did a little tougher conditioning.  6" of snow so I did some snow flips.
