Day 12/ Week 2/ Month 1

today was a big study day for a 3 chapter AP bio test tomorrow...  :( so i got out side worked balance on my rail and this thin wooden part on my patio. then this super shaky fence that is at an incline i try getting all the way across but i can't.... yet. did a 4 bar kips got back inside and did push ups, ab curls, and wall dips at this wall thing.

Day 13/ Week 2/ Month 1

Today was great! Did 2 new moves (landed) wall run to axel. And thief to one handed Hands spring. Then went to then worked flips at the gym and high kongs. Also k-ps to fronts. Also strides and gaps. Then axel dashes. Did 6 backflops and 8 or so bar kips.

Day 14/ Week 2/ Month 1

Yesterday was another great PKFR day a few people from the team and u went down to Rancho Bernardo. We hit up the Escondido high school which had this great kong cat also worked 180 Axel's. Then we did a few axel dashes and K to P fronts at this gym jimmy is working at. After we went to a middle school and I did some sick rail flow there. Also was really close to this wall run the was just beyond my limit but not for long... After we went to another highschool with an amazing roof system we did get to do much considering it was still day time and there was alot if people but all in all it was an amazing day.

Day 15/ Week 3 / Month 1

Yesterday was a rest day. It was my friend Jimmy's birthday party and he got a trampoline! So we did flips and he has a box and bar ight next to it so I did my bar kip and we also did flip from the box to the tramp. It was a great party.

Today I worke alot of balance on my rail. Then rail glue at a middle school. And dive kongs.

today was fun drilled some kong vaults and speed vaults. did lashe persisions. and some running websters. also got this awesome stride persion. good day also taught my friend garret how to side flip of stuff.

Today was a rest day bc AP Bio sucks... Did a bar kip and conditioned like sprints sit ups and wall ups things.

yesterday was stupid crazy amount of school work. so i went out late did my bar kip for the day and went inside to work kip ups and did ploy push ups.

Day 20/ Week 3/ Month 1

Yesterday was so much fun! Did some persision jumps and wallrun to axel. Then we went down to the soccer field and did flips. We saw this table so we vaulted it and slide across it. Then some one made it fall one ol side and were like wait. It was like a ramp and we stated flipping then over people. It was fun.  Then I went down to open gym and learned palm spin to thief switch. And worked 180° websters. Also gOt fly aways down. Great day all in all.

Today was just bar kips from standing and 1step. I got these down! :D then just some wall climb ups and trampoline fun.

Today was just some plyometricts. Also sprints and a barkip.
(I hate AP Bio) can't wait till that class is over do I'll have WAY more time.

Day 24/ Week 4/ Month 1

Today was a really fun day. We took pictures for the year book. I practiced alot of side and front flips. As well as alot of persisions on rails and ledges. Also wall runs to Axel's and regular axles. Close to the end there was the belly dance club and they saw us and asked if we could flip. So we did and one of our friend asked to flip over one do the girls and then 3 lined up. As there was a group of wrestlers watching. When he flipped all the girls were screaming and just flipping out it was really funny. Especially considering how a wrestler dude came and joined us after that. I think some of the wrestlers are going to want to join... Haha. Great day of training got new shoes! Kalanjies.

Day 25/ Week 4/ Month 1

yesterday was a lot of just balance. i did this route in my back yard about 10+ times balance on a rail then 1 muscle up then a bar kip. get up on a wall then balance on a wobbly fence and back. then repeat. as well with palm spins

Day 27/ Week 4/ Month 1

Today was fun did this stride better then last time and got an 8foot persision. Then worked at pop vaults. Also. Balanced a cross this long fences for the first time without falling. At out local CRC.

Day 28/ week 4/ Month 1

Yesterday was a good solo sesh. Went to TMS a local middle school and started with rail flow with these two rails. Worked palm spins axels and other moves. Then worked pop vaults and wall runs. Also some under bars and a small roof jump. After came back home and did a few bar kips. Then did running websters I got to only using 2 steps for both websters and Webster sides. Also worked on my Webster 180° landing this clean now. After I was going to try a one step I pinched the rock... Aside that it was a good day.
