Parkour

Jumping,landing,rolling and then a vault (Kong) repeated until I couldnt commit to the vault anymore (which means I was tried).

I used stacked mats to create a vault point. And there was a little workout instructors stage to jump off.


Exercise

1 mile run no stops with a final lap burnout.
