100k Wall Pushups

Okay, I know that people say Wall Pushups aren't useful...but since I couldn't do Pushups to save my life (when I started training), I did Wall Pushups. They became a part of my workout and are generally the most reps of any given day. They help increase muscle, so you can do real Pushups. These are the main reason why I have 35 Pushups since 9/26. So, ya...

I try and update it daily with my workout for the day. It is fairly new, but the workout is increasing over time. I keep track of all exercises in a 'totals' section on the blog.
