Outdoor pull up bars?
« on: September 28, 2011, 07:30:10 AM »
Where can I find some outdoor pull up bars, dips, etc in the Colorado parks.

I live around the Denver/aurora area, so if you guys have any locations, please let me know.

Thanks, Ilya

dezpatton, that is a good idea! Thanks!

Does anybody know of any parks or playgrounds that have adult sized pullup bars?

A lot of playgrounds will have monkey bars high enough to do pullups on - I use them all the time. Try elementary schools after hours if you can.
Age is just another obstacle. Get over it.

Dips you can do on a rail or a table, try going to a elementary school and see what you can find.

Trees.

This. works perfectly. plus it grits up your hands if the bark is spiky.  ;)
