hi guys! thanks a lot for this topic, it made me convinced that I'm still "normal" being 35 and jumping all over the city ;) So 1,5 month ago I've decided to start training and here is short video of my beginnings (some simple moves) - it's for those that are uncertain whether to start it or not or for those feeling "too old" - it's just a matter of starting to move ;)
