I would suggest researching tutorials on youtube about basics like the roll and proper landing techniques. Then move onto all of the common vaults. I was a year older then you when I started and I can tell you that its very important to learn the saftey roll. Also don't take drops and don't jump off of things. Always find a safe way up and down whatever your climbing.

34 ...he sets me on my high places.
37 you enlarged my path under me; so my feet did not slip.

On the ground.

Basically this.

Start training your body. I dont know what your goals are, or where you are physically, but this plays a big role in developing for parkour. Find out where you are and what you want to do, set those goals, and find ways to achieve them. Start small, by learning the basic roll, and landing technique. Vaults, precisions, cat hangs, they are all basic movements. Start looking around on the forum for tips and ideas. Youtube is a great place for tutorials as well. Feel free to hang around, search, and ask questions.

And welcome to the forums ^_^/

In addition,

check out the basic technique tutorials as they have said, but also check out training journals and general fitness. Need any specific help just ask! This community is more than ready and capable to answer you fully.
