I'm Still here,
i was trying to helicopter dive into a back full,
It worked well in the gym, although my ankle was crappy that day so i didn't want to stick the landing, so i improvised some sort of roll.

Im trying to learn dive rolls with the twist like that, Ive seen a few vids and when they are pulled off it looks so smooth

you got more courage than I would have at that height, I feel like if your legs were tighter and you got through the flip faster it would have been even better, but like you said, shit ankle saves the day

Ive had days of shit knee the last couple times I went out so dont feel bad, most important thing is to train within your comfort envelope and go at your own pace

Id like to see an update vid when your ankle improves

it's improved now,
this video was from a year ago
I'm going to try to master double leg twists at this friday's gym session and see how that goes, then maybe i'll re visit that spot in 2 weeks

i'm also going to be training Wall Double backflips soon, because i want to do a wall double back flip off that, because it seems possible with that extra height.
