Honestly, I haven't found many kong to cats in this area over the years.  They must be out there somewhere...  There's definitely a couple at the parking garage next to the Roxy in Rosa, but they're way too low.  They're better as k to p or k to crane than as cats.  Super hard to bounce your butt on the concrete doing those.

Hm. Then I guess this begins my hunt for kong-cats in this area.

shane there is one cotati, ive been eyeing it for a while. its wierd tho because you kong over a rail to a small building. hard to explain but not to dangerous unless you are leaning forward and not really any drop.

Day 82-86/11/22- /11/26/11

Backflips on flat ground!!!! did them at the gym last week!. its funny how i tried them a few weeks ago and they were bad, then i learned round off backtucks and tried to do them again and all the sudden i was landing them. hopefully gonna do one outside soon.

oh yes and the reason i havent been able to post that much is because my computer broke, so i have to go on my parents computer to update anything.

day 102-112

Been working a lot on flow lately and less on single tricks, although i did learn how to cast away into the pit off a block. but learned a lot from Shane who has great flow. he taught me some tricks such as when coming out of palm spins sometimes for flow purposes its good to split leg the landing so you can swing the other leg fluidly and go straight into a lazy vault or something else. He also told me some other tips but cant remember exactly but still yeah some good training. and here is my most recent vid of the new tricks i recently landed outside

day 113-119

Side Note: finally able to update my log a lot more now, because my old computer broke a few months ago and i had to use my parents, who work from home.

Well last week was christmas and i didnt do that much but still worked on stuff. Today i went to green music with some friends and i trained a little, did some ok kong precisions (i need to work on those more) and did some runs. work on flow and connecting stuff better, and mainly clean movements

Green Music without me?  :o
I've been a little injured anyway. Sounds fun, where did you do the kong precisions?

day 120

today trained in my house for a little bit. i worked on handstands, and trying to do them without walking. Also i worked on vertical jumps on my stairs. A few months ago i used to only be able to jump up from 3 stair to the top but now i can jump from the second stair to the top which is id say about an extra foot in length and maybe and extra foot in height.

day 131-132

Today i trained at the gym for the first time in 3 weeks.
glad to be after winter break, today i worked a little on gainers, land all of them good. just wanted to make sure they were still as good as they were before break. Also worked on all 3 kongs, kong precisions, dive kongs, and double kongs. Also worked a little bit on Kash vaults. They seemed wierd i havent really tried them that much they're just something i guess i neglected. Worked on them a little but it felt like i was konging then reaching back to finish the dash and not really leaning back out of the kong. And then worked on frontflips straight to kongs, started wiht just running up to a block and frontflipping then taking a step and rolling over it, and got the distance down then i frontflipped straight to punch kong.
