Dim Monk's summer 2005 video

this is roughly what parkour is. yes, there were some very very tiny things that could have been done differently, but yea, this is what parkour looks like. (btw, this was posted on the parkour.net forums.)

anyway, really fluid movements. I enjoyed watching this alot.

Yeah I saw this, it's Dim Monk from canada. Really nice video!
Maybe it's french rap that makes a video actual parkour? :p

Edit : Forgot to mention how much I friggin' love his QM, especially the gorilla style. I heard M2 at the jam yesterday talking about how awesome Dim Monk is at it!

im just going to have to have a geek moment here. eating bannans after Parkour is good,because the counter act the lactic acid your body makes. Latic acid is what makes you sore. At least i think lol

(I believe you are correct PK Gorilla.)

Wow, I really liked this video because he does everything so smoothly and quickly, although some rolls looked a little straight. Overall, one of the best PK traceurs I've seen because he can control his movements so well, and of course perform all the usual moves perfectly.

so ironic to see this video, after getting back from seeing KING KONG. nice gorilla what ever you call 'ems and wall runs are in that video.

The all encompassing term for walking on all fours is "Quadrupedal Movement" or QM for short. This covers a very broad range of movement, and is a useful term to know.
