standing back full help please

Yeah, i need help.  my standing backs, i can land pretty much standing upright.  i can cork perfectly fine.  these though, i spin slow and interrupted, and i reach towards the ground too much.  help please?

you can bring your arms in closer to twist faster

this looks like a really good standing full, it might just take some practice to get the hang of it
I like Tricking and Free Running, i don't think i actually do parkour, because i do it for fun and self expression, which would change the term to free running.

standing fulls are tough :/
grip is right though. tighter arms makes you rotate faster. practice/drill a couple standing tucks right before you full w/o grabbing your legs and practice bringing your knees to your chest nice and tight. it'll help w/ the rotation. for the most part though, you have a good understanding of when to initiate your twist which IMO is the hardest part.

Do a ton of corks, it will make spinning very easy for you when you master corks
