Crappy Workout
« on: March 24, 2011, 03:35:14 PM »
Today was horrible. It was a light day: light technical moves on jumps, rolls, walking on a concrete barrier, monkey moves and slowly trying to do a lazy vault is slow motion just to "feel" it. I felt stupid, fat, and uncoordinated. The worst was feeling fear. WTF?!?!

Ask your self why you felt crappy.  Did you get enough sleep? Too much sleep? Eat enough? Eat too much? Just having an off day?  Light days should be just that light, no pressure, no extra...anything, just some cruising through and taking it eazy.  :)

I gave it some thought. Too much pressure. I was determined to be perfect that day. Which is impossible and usually gets me hurt and frustrated. Thanks for the questions. Made me take a hard look!
