point 1,2 and 4 on left leg
point 1 and 2 on the right leg

Pain is usually when i am standing still or sometimes from a high jump .
when i put some press on point 4 of left leg i feel normal pain. I think maybe some ligament is damaged?
and no such pain on point1(left leg) point 2 (right leg) . I just feel that i am losing balance /  the knee's start feeling the pressure.

Don't do anything that creates pain.... no jumps, no drops. If you really are getting pain when standing still you should be headed to a doc right away though that's some bad stuff.

It looks like it could be patellar tendonitis.

I would see an orthopedic doc so you can get a confirmation about the diagnosis.

This may help
