2 sets of 20 push up squats
about 100 kong vaults on a picnick table both long and short ways.
1 screwed up kong vault giveing me my first front flip. (no injuries)

Lunch: sweet and sour chicken with steamed rice
Dinner: beer chilli and some pain killers and some cinnomon tea.
I see no reason to try and impress you, But I will impress myself.

Pain may be weakness leaving the body but it sure hurts.
