I understand that.

Twitter is kind of my last resort when it comes to the internet. If I check everything else [email, FB, APK, FM, POTN, CL, etc] and I still haven't reached my interweb time quota, I'll read down through my Twitter feed.

Understandable. Most people don't use it, because they think they wouldn't have much to say. I find it more useful than Facebook some of the time.
