Do you think Lance Armstrong gave up? No.

Nice movement, Josh. I liked the relaxed experimentation. My only recommendation would be to try to get more creative. I saw a lot of repeated moves in the video (understanding that you were showing the progression as well), and I would have loved to see more inventiveness. Also, be really careful, that structure looks really unstable.

Start working on muscle ups on those bars, they're perfect for it!

Lol, thanks. I'm not strong enough for muscle ups, yet. Thats why I'm working out. Theres not much you can do on that thing. The bars below the bars I swing from get in the way of me fully extending my body to do a lache' to the trailer. And it IS unstable. Gosh. So wobbly.

Landing on the toes/balls of your feet is much better than landing on the arch or heel. If you want a strong, smooth, and impact-resistent landing, landing on your toes is the way to go. I'm not exactly sure what you're suggesting here, maybe you have the balls of your feet mixed up for another part?

Yeah, very wobbly. Once I get into masonry and welding, Imma build me a seeeeexyyyyyy non-wobbly set up ;)

Its fun doing lache' pre's, though. Even though its just a few feet apart, the distance I was precisioning to. I'm going to go bigger this summer and try to move that trailer and lache' between the bars. You can see them at 1:50

Yeah, that'd be the arch of the foot, and it's actually not safe to land precisely on that part of the foot; it can be very damaging to your arch and cause serious foot discomfort.
